Hi! I'm Cody Kayleen!
Hello and welcome! We are excited to share our slice of paradise with you. James and I have been together for 15 wonderful years, and together we're proud parents to our two home educated, adventurous and creative children, Jazz & Journey. As a family we have a deep appreciation for the great outdoors & we cherish every moment spent together. Our journey in real estate began in beautiful Myrtle Beach and continued to Puerto Rico. We choose Myrtle Beach to be closer to family in Charleston, and we couldn't be happier to call this vibrant resort our home. We have loved every minute of it!

We live in northern Illinois where we own and operate our landscaping company, and vacation to our condos in the winter months to maintain and upgrade our condos.
